This is a short answer exercise you will be required to use information found in the Web Lecture, Web Reading, and your Web research to answer these questions.

Please complete each question in a short answer format. Please be clear and to the point. I am not looking for amount of information but clear and concise information. You are required to cite your references for every assignment, cite the source/reference when answering the questions. ( i.e. website URL, and/or lecture, author, date, title ) You are also required to use at least TWO references for every assignment. Question
As mentioned in the power point presentation, there are many different specific methods of intervention and support, and educational practices (aside from early intervention) currently being used with people who experience autism. Use the Internet to help you research ONE SPECIFIC method or practice that can be used. Early Intervention is NOT an intervention practice. There are many different interventions, and one person may be using many interventions simultaneously, you only need to research ONE SPECIFIC method.
Do your research and then:
Pick ONE method.
INCLUDE:
a brief description, professionally written with correct grammar, spelling and use of sentences and paragraphs where required
summarize how the specific method of intervention, or educational practice is used and how it is expected to be successful
describe how successful this method or practice has been with children vs. adults in the last 5 years, if it has not been used with either age group briefly explain why not.
briefly mention the barriers to success or reasons for lack of success with this intervention or practice
include references! At least two and cite these resources.
Save your work in another document on your computer in case of technology issues somewhere along the line.
