I am creating a subscription box for beauty lovers that has different products form different countries. throughout the week i am making a business plan. I already have cost of goods and now I need competitive analysis. I will proivde from previous work so this is easier and you have all the data. I will also provide an example of what it should look like. also here are some assumptions you should answer
- How many Employees are you hiring? How many hours? at what rate? to calculate payroll
- Are you going to pay yourself or defer compensation?
- How many square feet are you renting and at what rate?
- Timing of marketing expenditures? probably not the same every month with tradeshows, etc.
For this Start-up Expense section, good assumptions would include the following:
- Are you paying a security deposit and 1-3 months’ rent to build your store?
- Are you hiring employees before you launch to train? Build out the Store?
- Building an app?
- Buying Inventory? How much?
