It is time to start formatting your ideas. For this project I want you to build the layout of your paper with your arguments. We have gone over in class how to format and tools available to make it easier. You will complete the information section of the paper as well as each paragraph you plan to make. This project will work as both a formatting project as well as an outline.
Example:

Introduction paragraph. You can write the entire paragraph and I will give notes, but at the minimum, make sure to write the issue related to development you are covering.
Argument paragraph #1. Discuss what you will do for you first argument.
Argument paragraph #2. Discuss what you will do for you second argument.
Argument paragraph #3. Discuss what you will do for you third argument.
Argument paragraph #4. Discuss what you will do for you fourth argument.
Conclusion paragraph. Again, you can write this and I will give notes, but at the minimum just say that this is where your conclusion paragraph will go.
